Culver`s in Rice Lake

Good food, at a good price. Service is great, especially the lady that came to our table named Dorothy. Very nice and clean restaurant.

Always a clean restaurant and the flowers and decor are so much nicer than what you would expect from a "chain" restaurant. The cod dinner (fish and chips) is my favorite but the sourdough melt (burger) is a close second if don't like a lot of bread with your burger. Don't forget the cheese curds and the custard (custard is included with the kid's meal). We always look for a Culvers for a great meal on the road (like today).

Who doesn't love Culver's. I like this one because they are very fast and friendly and my burger is always perfect!

Seemed like a typical Culver's nothing outstanding but good. Place was clean, staff friendly and customer oriented. Will return occasionally since there are plenty of very good eateries to choose from. I prefer to support the small business owners.

Good food. Little pricey. You get what you pay for. Nice deal on 4 different pints for $10 good deal.

Hands down, the best Culver's in their portfolio. Amazing staff, excellent ticket times and extremely clean. I've stopped at most of the Culver's in Wisconsin and this one tops them all.

Great food takes time to make to plan on pulling forward. Easy to see from the street sucks it on the other end of the city from me bit everything is for that matter. Thankfully he asked be if I wanted any dipping sauce cuz it would have been my ass if I forgot the honey mustard!

Well this is a new high or low me and the wife go for ice cream one mint one strawberry 6 times in a row they have messed it up some how different each time i give up

They were super organized but our order wasn't accurate

They cannot keep orders straight. Forgot my order and left me sitting in line. When they figured it out.. No apology, no explanation.. Just rude.

Ordered Chicken Bacon Blue Salad. It was very delicious. But if you don't like soggy bacon ask for crispy as I had to reenter the drive thru line to do so. No big deal. The staff quickly helped me. There were 2 people outside taking orders besides the main voice attendant. The line was long, but I thought The Culver's Team did a great job in this virus time we're all in. Very fresh ingredients too. Nothing worse than a wilted salad. I will try one of the other salads on my next visit. Thanks Culver's.

Living in Alaska, we dont have a Culver's yet. When we travel the lower 48, this is our go to for great food. Love the Wisconsin deep fried cheese curds!! We try something new every time we go, bit the curds are the best!!

Without question the preeminent fast food chain. An extensive menu, most items done expertly. Priced competitively.

Although I say the same thing for every Culver’s, I had a great experience here! I have only gone through the drive thru at this location, however I got my food fairly fast (although I understand it can take a little longer since they cook everything fresh and a lot of the times it is busy). But besides that the food was not only correct but delicious! Culver’s is one of the only “fast food” places where I feel safe when ordering burgers! I also think for the quality of food you receive here the price is worth it! I highly recommend trying Culver’s if you haven’t already because the food is very fresh! Also when I was at this location the staff was very nice and I have no complaints whatsoever!

Always good, amazing service during pandemic

Feel sick after every time I eat here. Staff behind front counter wounded rather talk with each other than take your order and the manager is one of the most rude people I've ever met. My fiance one worked here and quit. We went in not to long ago and got a survey with out recite. We filled it out and turned it in up front. Before the day was out Dorthey (the manager) was texting my fiance and cutting her down for simply writing a review. My fiance had not worked there in nearly a year when this happened about a month ago. She was personally attacked over text just for turning in a review. Pathetic

Excellent service! There was a waitress named Megan who was extremely kind and respectful to some rude customers next to us. I also heard the staff say Merry Christmas. That means a lot to us!

This is only the 2nd time I've had anything from Culver's. This time it was just onion rings and some fries. I like the onion rings, a little bit of sweetness comes through.The coating is thick and it really sticks to the onion ring. Could be the best onion rings I've had. The krinkle cut fries seemed okay, but they had gotten a little mushy sitting in a bag before I had any.

Everything was good but I really wanted the Strawberry Fields salad. It's too bad they're not having that this year.

Burgers are good, but topped off with cheese fries makes it great.

Even on a keto diet..Culvers has great chouces. I get their roast beef sandwich no bun with steamed broccoli!

A good place to eat as usual, excellent food and custard. Just getting a little on the pricey side. Maybe it's just me I'm a farmer I know what I get paid for my product and to see what they are charging consumers for it is getting a smidge high in my opinion.

Food is always fresh and the restroom is clean every time I go there.

Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Restaurant & bathrooms are always clean.

They were politely accommodating of our group of 8 in the drive-thru (thanks to co-vid). The food was all very good, but is very overpriced.

We love Culver's. It's just that they get the order messed up. My wife ordered beans without onions and got green beans with onions anyway. Happens a lot. Also, our great grand daughter wanted chocolate milk with her meal but it wasn't with the meal. We live close to Rice Lake and shop there more vs Lake Hallie that has a Culver's that has always been a place for great service.

I donot like butter on my hamburger buns

Great food and service, but they only get my order correct half the time. I order the beef pot roast dinner with NO BREAD because I can't have bread and it seems to be a hassle for them in Rice Lake, Wisconsin only. Eau Claire has no problem but Rice Lake does. But I love the food.

We stopped here for lunch while traveling. We were towing a fifth wheel so just driving up wasn’t an option.The crew was so nice and helpful! They told us to just walk up and with social distancing took our order. Food was done quickly and correctly.

Great food - every time. I have had better service here than at several local restaurants. I will keep going back. The butter burger is my favorite among all the fast food burgers.

Always reliable. Food is always good ++ . My husband eats only gluten free offerings and their commitment to making his order safe and tasty is absolutely wonderful. I always order the cod filet sandwich for myself. It's consistently great!!
